Rehiter drew a portrait of her for his report, but it was stolen before he could send it out. Eliminate the Forsaken Believers and Forsaken Priests until you find the Beauty's Portrait, then take it to Commander Theodor at the Government Forces Headquarters.
Introduction Dialog	The Deputy Commander mentioned you're after a witch. Is that true? I think I might have a lead. I saw a mysterious woman enter the monastery recently. I drew a picture of her to include in my next report, but it has gone missing. I think it was stolen. One of the Forsaken Believers or Priests nearby might have it. If you find the Beauty's Portrait, could you take it to Commander Theodor for me?
