Description	The defeated Moss Lord Bollack has returned. To gather power for his revenge, he is absorbing Wisps from the swamp while he waits for a good opportunity to strike. Talk to Investigator Charlotte and take the Captured Wisp to Bollack's Demesne. Bollack will appear to absorb it.
Introduction Dialog	We thought the Moss Lord was long dead, but it turns out that he is still alive. On top of that, he is absorbing Wisps to increase his strength so that he can take revenge on you! As time goes by, Bollack will absorb more Wisps and gain more power. You should get rid of him soon, don't you think?
In-Progress Dialog	When you get to Bollack's Demesne, use the Wisp for Bollack I gave you to lure the Moss Lord out into the open. Bollack is absorbing Wisps to get stronger, so when he sees the Wisp, he will come out without knowing that it's bait.
