Description	Duke Caliber in the Command Headquarters is not worried about the fact there is a place strong with divergent Arcana energy. This is known to the soldiers of the general. If this is true, It will become very dangerous. Arcana energy should devise measures to locate whether the flows are too much. Arcana energy flows out from the cracks in the ground found in the Forest of Northern. Using the measuring instrument, gather the data and report back to Duke Caliber.
Introduction Dialog	Only through this report am I now able to understand the situation. So ultimately, this means that arcane energy is radiating from somewhere? And that some monster is guarding that area? Well anyways, I've already received reports of arcane energy flowing out of some area. I've sent a couple of scouts to locate the area but I still haven't received any updates. Those useless scouts! Well ... entrusting such important tasks to some foolish mercenary isn't really my style, but the soldiers will be terrified if word on this issue gets out. The 11th Battalion has said they saw arcane energy flowing out north of the Weeping Woods. Take this Arcane Energy Meter to that area and measure just how much energy there is.
