Description	Sorcerer Lushka summons the remaining magical power in the Aborus Ruins and combines the amplified Sealed Lightning Stones and the Branch of Sealing into the Light of Kuotes. Bring this powerful artifact to Blacksmith Loco in Morten Gear in order to create a weapon that can defeat the Crawler.
Introduction Dialog	I will use the last of my power to combine the boosted Sealed Lightning Stones and the Branch of Sealing into the Light of Kuotes. A weapon infused with the Light of Kuotes will be powerful enough to defeat the Crawler once and for all. Once the Crawler falls, the Light of Kuotes will be extinguished. Go, and be the light of the world. Defeat the Crawler and make the world a safe place once again.
In-Progress Dialog	If you know an artisan who can make weapons, have a weapon made with the Light of Kuotes. You should then be able to defeat the Crawler with that weapon. I will pray for you to defeat the Crawler and become the light of the world.
